  1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy:

    We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy rights of our users. We created this privacy policy (the "Policy") to give you notice of how your private information will be collected, used and shared as you use our Services, including any white-label mobile Apps operated, managed and marketed by our Clients. Any capitalized term not defined in this Policy will have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "iotellme" refer to iotellme, LLC.,Wyoming LLC .


    In simplified form (greater detail is below), our Policy can be summarized as follows:

    • We may collect some information about you, as described in this Policy, but you have some choices about how much you share about yourself.

    • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

    • We will not sell your personal information but may share such information with our vendors and our Clients in connection with providing the Services.

    • If we use a third party to assist us, they will be bound to protect your information.

    • We may collect, use and share aggregate, anonymous information about our users.

    • In certain legal situations, we may be compelled to disclose your personal information.

    • If you are outside the United States, you understand and agree that we may store your information in the United States.

    If you are an End User, you acknowledge that we will share your information, including your personally identifiable information, with our Client(s) as specified in this Policy for the purpose of providing the Services, including in connection with one or more Event(s) that you may attend.

  2. Information We Collect

    • Account Registration. When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name ,last name,email address ,phone number .

    • If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service.

    • Payment Information. When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, subscriber information through our third-party payment processor.

    • Personal Data. This means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a Data Subject in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. “Personal Data” includes equivalent terms in other Data Protection Law, such as the CCPA-defined term “Personal Information,” as context requires.

    • User Content. Our “Community” feature allows you to publicly post content on our Services. By registering for our Community, you agree that your profile information and the content you post may be viewed and used by other users and third parties we do not control.

    • Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.

  3. ‍Information we collect from you passively

    We automatically collect certain information about you as you use the Services, including, without limitation, through cookies on the iotellme websites (iotellme.io and iotellme.cloud) and in-app tracking when you use our Apps. This may include information about your device (such as your Unique Device Identifier), your location, your Internet usage, and how you interact with the Services. This may include information about the way you use the Services, the parts of our Services you use. Our analytics partners use browser cookies to generate statistics about visitors to websites, such as the number of page views or times of peak traffic.   4. ‍‍Information we collect from third parties

    ‍‍If you are an End User, we may receive information about you from a Client, and we may collect information from your social media accounts if you choose to give us permission to access your social media accounts. We may also work with third parties who collect information about you when you use our app. For example, our vendors might use scripts or other tools to track your activities on our Services. They may do this to make sure our Services function properly.

  5. ‍‍Security

    iotellme is committed to protecting your information. To do so, we employ a variety of security technologies and measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data ,the Internet and mobile apps are not 100% secure. Please note that no service is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or a data breach will never occur.

  6. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

    Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above will depend on the personal data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will normally collect personal data from you only (i) where we need the personal data to perform a contract with you; (ii) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; or (iii) where we have your consent to do so. We have a legitimate interest in operating our Services and communicating with you as necessary to provide these Services, for example when responding to your queries, improving our platform, undertaking marketing, or for the purposes of detecting or preventing illegal activities.     We retain personal data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).

    When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal data previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you through our Services, on this page, by email, or other communication.
